Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 natural ham (about 600 grams / 21 oz)*
  • 2 tbsp mustard**
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham horizontally and vertically with a sharp knife to create square cubes.
  2. Grease an oven dish with some butter.
  3. Mix the mustard and maple syrup together in a bowl.
  4. Pat the ham dry with a paper towel.
  5. Brush the ham all over with the marinade.
  6. Place the ham in the oven dish, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F) and place the ham in the oven for 45 minutes.
