Description
A simple recipe for low FODMAP herb butter. You can make this either with butter or a vegan butter spread. With only 5 ingredients! Without garlic and onion.

- 125 g butter or a vegan butter spread, softened
- A handful of chopped parsley
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Chop the parsley into small pieces and add to the butter.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add pepper and salt to taste and stir well.
- Refrigerate the butter until you serve it. Take it out of the fridge shortly before you serve it, so it can soften a little.
