Ingredients

- 200 g codfish (I used 2 rectangular pieces which I cut in two)
- one egg, beaten
- 40 g oat flour (if you do not have this you can also make it yourself by grinding oats in a food processor)
- Salt, pepper and parsley
Instructions
- Cut the codfish into strips.
- Put the beaten egg on a plate and the oat flour on another plate. Mix the spices through the flour.
- Dip the strips of fish first into the egg and then through the oat flour. Make sure all sides have been covered. Repeat those steps if necessary.
- Heat some oil in a pan and bake the fish fingers for about 6-8 minutes until all sides are done and have slightly browned.
- Nice with some fries or potatoes and salad!
