How to make the low FODMAP stracciatella ice cream
- Start the preparations 24 hours before you want to make this recipe. Put the whipping cream in a bowl and stir in 10 lactase drops. Put the condensed milk in another bowl and stir in 5 lactase drops. Stir very well to make sure the lactase drops are mixed in well. Cover the bowls and put them into the fridge for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours: whip up the whipping cream in a bowl until stiff. Add the condensed milk and the vanilla extract. Carefully fold this into the whipping cream.
- Chop up the dark chocolate and stir it into the mixture.
- Pour the ice cream into a box with a lid and put the closed box into the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before you want to serve it, so it can soften a bit.
- Prep Time: 10 min (+ 24 + 6 hours waiting time)
