Description

A recipe for one-time use low FODMAP garlic-infused oil. Easy to make and to use in your daily recipes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil for cooking (or another oil that your prefer)

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves. To easily remove the garlic cloves from the pan later, we are going to leave them whole.
  2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add the garlic cloves to the oil and fry for about 2 minutes until they have browned lightly.
  4. Remove the garlic cloves from the pan.
  5. Continue to prepare the rest of your meal in the garlic oil that you have just made.
  6. Use the oil on the same day.
