A delicious cold banana ice cream breakfast! Quickly made with only banana and lactose-free quark. With a topping of chocolate granola and strawberries
Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 200 gr lactose-free quark (thick Greek yoghurt will do too)
- 30 gr chocolate granola
- Toppings of your choice, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or extra slices of banana
Instructions
- Cut the banana into slices and freeze it the evening before.
- Put the quark together with the banana in the blender. Blend it into a smooth mixture and pour it into a bowl.
- Put the chocolate granola on top and the other toppings of your choice.
