Low FODMAP dairy-free recipes

If you have to eat dairy-free, it can sometimes be difficult to find tasty and nutritious recipes that don’t contain dairy. On my blog, you’ll find many low FODMAP dairy-free recipes that are delicious and adhere to the low FODMAP diet.

You can find a lot of different recipes here, from delicious dinners, such as pumpkin soup or pasta stroganoff. But also recipes for breakfast, snacks, and sweet treats.

Low FODMAP, gluten-free and dairy-free recipes

If you have to cook for somebody with multiple intolerances or if you have multiple intolerances yourself, you are at the right place at Karlijn’s Kitchen.

My blog focuses on the low FODMAP diet, but 99% of the recipes are also gluten-free. In addition, there are also many tasty recipes available that are dairy-free as well. So there are options for every intolerance or diet.

Dairy-free, lactose-free, or low lactose?

On Karlijn’s Kitchen, you can find dairy-free recipes, lactose-free recipes, and also recipes that are low in lactose. If you cannot have any dairy, you are in the right place on this page, but I also have recipes that are lactose-free or low in lactose.

People who follow the FODMAP diet (and don’t have any other intolerances or allergies) are often fine when they eat a diet low in lactose. This means that they shouldn’t eat a lot of lactose, but can consume small amounts of it. That is why you can find a lot of low-lactose recipes on this blog as well.
