Description

A delicious refreshing snack! Passionfruit yoghurt bark with strawberries. Healthy and yummy! Low FODMAP, lactose-free, with vegan option

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 gr lactose-free quark
  • About 100 ml lactose-free milk
  • OR instead of the quark and the milk 300 ml thick (Greek) lactose-free yoghurt
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 100 gr strawberries, cut in slices
  • 23 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a bowl. Add lactose-free milk little by little and stir it through the quark until you get a Greek yoghurt like substance. Or simply use Greek yoghurt, if you don’t want to make it as difficult as I do.
  2. Scoop the seeds out of the passion fruits with a spoon. Stir the seeds of one passion fruit through the yoghurt mixture and stir in the maple syrup too.
  3. Layer a baking sheet with baking parchment and pour the yoghurt mixture on it. Divide the strawberry slices and the other passion fruit seeds over the yoghurt mixture.
  4. Put the baking sheet into the freezer and freeze the yoghurt bark for at least four hours or overnight. Break into pieces and serve.
  5. You can store the yoghurt bark in the freezer in a box.
