I always love looking back to what has happened this year at the end of the year. So today I have collected the most popular low FODMAP recipes of 2017 from the Karlijn’s Kitchen blog! Which recipes did you love most on the blog this year?
1. Healthy pineapple ice cream
Simple low FODMAP ice cream with only 3 ingredients. Healthy and super yummy!
2. Banana oat cookies
A breakfast favourite! Three ingredient cookies to which you can add all your favourite ingredients.
3. Banana bread
This was the best banana bread I ever made and I am glad to see that you liked it too! Soft, gooey and yummy!
4. Blueberry crumble bars
A delicious low FODMAP crumble with blueberries. When I made it for my birthday it was gone within seconds. A party favourite!
5. Healthy breakfast brownie
This brownie is divine! Eating a healthy breakfast was never so much fun.
6. Chocolate fudge
Low FODMAP fudge with only three ingrediënts. So so good!
7. Low FODMAP hazelnut spread
A low FODMAP version of Nutella!

I am so glad that you are sharing my love for cheesecakes! I made this cheesecake at the end of summer and it was a total hit on the blog!

Healthy lemon blueberry muffins! I get why this recipe is so popular. Lemon and blueberry is a perfect combination and the fact that the muffins are also healthier makes them a very nice snack!
2. Chicken tikka masala
This recipe is perfect comfort food. It is one of my favourites on the blog and I am happy to see that it is also yours!
3. Healthy carrot cake bliss balls
I created this recipe when the bliss ball trend was going strong and it did (and is still doing) very well. A yummy sticky healthy snack!
4. Salted caramel brownies
Simple brownies with salted caramel chocolate. So so so tasty!
5. Pumpkin pancakes
I made this recipe last year in October and since then it has been very popular on the blog. Fluffy pancakes with a hint of pumpkin. Delicious with a drizzle of maple syrup!
