Description

Low FODMAP oven-baked teriyaki salmon with homemade teriyaki sauce. With gluten-free option. 5 minutes prep time. Lactose-free


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce*
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  3. Coat the salmon steaks in the sauce on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon in an oven dish.
  5. Pour the rest of the sauce over the salmon.
  6. Cover the oven dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Until the salmon is cooked.
  8. Serve immediately.

*Use gluten-free soy sauce to make this recipe gluten-free
