A super simple recipe for low FODMAP pita flammkuchen. A gluten-free flammkuchen with a pita bread as a crust. A delicious party snack or dinner!


  • 4 gluten-free pita’s
  • 150 g lactose-free cream cheese
  • 125 g bacon
  • Spring onion, the green part
  • Optional: rocket lettuce
  • Pepper and salt


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Spread the cream cheese on top of the pita’s
  3. Divide the bacon on top
  4. Cut the spring onion into rings and divide them on top of the pita
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  6. Put the pita’s into the oven for 10 minutes
  7. Top with some rocket lettuce and serve directly
