A super simple recipe for low FODMAP pita flammkuchen. A gluten-free flammkuchen with a pita bread as a crust. A delicious party snack or dinner!

- 4 gluten-free pita’s
- 150 g lactose-free cream cheese
- 125 g bacon
- Spring onion, the green part
- Optional: rocket lettuce
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Spread the cream cheese on top of the pita’s
- Divide the bacon on top
- Cut the spring onion into rings and divide them on top of the pita
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Put the pita’s into the oven for 10 minutes
- Top with some rocket lettuce and serve directly
