Low FODMAP cucumber bites
If you ask me to whip up a cake for a party, I couldn’t be more excited to do that, but if I have to come up with party snacks, I am usually a little less excited.
My party snacks usually are tortilla chips with dips and some cucumbers and tomatoes. I just never have so much inspiration for party snacks.
So this year for NYE, I thought I should get a little more creative and I made these low FODMAP cucumber bites. Tasty, easy to make and healthy (and that is quite nice after all the Christmas food)!

Did u mean roasted pepper instead of paprika?
Yes i did mean bell pepper. Here in the Netherlands we call it paprika, so I made a mistake while writing this blog 😉 I have changed it now, thank you for letting me know!
