Is zucchini low FODMAP?
Yes, zucchini has a low FODMAP amount. You can eat 65 grams of zucchini per meal in the elimination phase of the FODMAP diet.
Zucchini is low FODMAP to a limited extent. From 75 grams, your portion of zucchini already contains an average amount of fructans.
I therefore recommend eating a maximum of 65 grams per meal during the elimination phase. Monash University assumes a gap of 3 to 4 hours between meals.
So if you eat 65 grams of zucchini for lunch, you could also eat it for dinner.
