Description
With the right ingredients you don’t need much for a great dish. That also counts for this Italian burrata parma ham salad, also low FODMAP.
Ingredients

- Rocket lettuce or mixed lettuce
- 1 burrata (or 1 buffalo mozzarella), 120 g*
- 100 g parma ham
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 50 g black olives
- A splash of olive oil
- Balsamic crème (or normal balsamic vinegar)
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
- Divide the rocket lettuce over two plates.
- Cut the burrata in two and put it in the middle of the plates.
- Cut the parma ham into pieces and the tomatoes into wedges.
- Divide the parma ham, tomato and the black olives over the salad.
- Sprinkle some olive oil and balsamic crème over the lettuce and flavour with pepper and salt.
Notes
*Burrata is not tested and probably contains quite a high amount of lactose. If you are intolerant to lactose, you can use mozzarella instead. This is a lot lower in lactose and low FODMAP.
