Are blueberries low FODMAP?
Yes, blueberries are low FODMAP!
This is one of the few fruits that you can eat in a fairly large amount during the FODMAP diet.
Monash University indicates in their FODMAP app that blueberries remain low FODMAP up to a portion of 500 grams.
I am very happy that we can enjoy this delicious fruit on the FODMAP diet!
