Starters

1. Carrot zucchini soup
A tasty soup with only a handful of ingredients: zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, stock, coconut milk and some seasonings. You make this soup in no time and it is super tasty. This dish is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
2. Tomato bruscetta
A real classic: pieces of baguette with good olive oil, tomatoes and basil. You can also choose to top the bruscetta with other tasty toppings. This dish is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
3. Shrimp cocktail
A quick shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce. Making low FODMAP cocktail sauce is a lot easier than you might think, which is why this dish can be on the table in about 10 minutes. This dish is gluten-free and lactose-free.
4. Burrata, melon and parmaham salad
A simple salad can also be used as a starter for Christmas dinner. This salad with burrata, parma ham, melon and cucumber is super fresh and very tasty.
You can replace the burrata with buffalo mozzarella if you don’t tolerate lactose very well. This dish is vegetarian and gluten-free.
5. Roasted bell pepper soup
Another delicious soup! Low FODMAP bell pepper soup. You can also make this soup with a handful of ingredients, the main ingredients are bell pepper, tomato and stock. This makes a delicious soup. This dish is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
6. Carpaccio
We conclude the list of starters with another classic: carpaccio. This dish is super easy to make low FODMAP and is gluten-free and low in lactose.
Main dishes

6. Stuffed pork tenderloin with pesto
This dish may sound a bit more complicated, but it’s not that bad! You cut open pork tenderloin and spread it with some pesto, put in a few slices of mozzarella and then sun-dried tomatoes.
Then you just have to close it with a toothpick and fry the meat. So good! This dish is gluten-free and low in lactose.
7. Mozzarella chicken in tomato sauce
Another dish with mozzarella! Chicken in tomato sauce from the oven with mozzarella slices on top. Delicious! This dish is gluten-free and low in lactose.
8. Meatballs in tomato sauce
This classic is on my grandmother’s Christmas table every year. And enjoy this dish! We look forward to it every year. This dish is gluten-free and lactose-free.
9. Rolled pork loin with mushroom cream sauce
A delicious roulade never looks out of place on the Christmas table. With this roulade I serve homemade mushroom cream sauce. This dish is gluten-free and low in lactose.
10. Gnocchi with spinach pesto
Fancy a pasta dish for Christmas dinner? Then this gnocchi is a delicious option! For this dish you make pesto with spinach and serve it with goat cheese and chopped walnuts. This dish is vegetarian, gluten-free and low in lactose.
11. Pumpkin risotto with goat cheese
Risotto is also a fantastic Christmas dish. You make almost everyone happy with this! This pumpkin risotto is super quick to make and incredibly tasty. This dish is vegetarian, gluten-free and low in lactose.
12. Stuffed spaghetti squash
Do you want to present a vegetarian showstopper at Christmas dinner? Then this stuffed spaghetti pumpkin is a very tasty option! The inside of this pumpkin resembles spaghetti strands.

One of my favourite simple desserts! Meringues, lactose-free whipped cream and fruit, create a delicious dessert.

Did you, like me, think that panna cotta was a boring dessert? Think again! Panna cotta is super tasty and especially this panna cotta with chocolate with salted caramel. This dessert is gluten-free and low in lactose.
17. Mini passion fruit cheesecakes
Cheesecake for dessert is always good in my opinion. You make these mini passion fruit cheesecakes in a glass and they are therefore super handy and easy to transport. This dessert is gluten-free and low in lactose.
18. Crème brûlée
Another classic: crème brûlée. Super simple to make low FODMAP by using lactose-free milk and cream. This dessert is gluten-free and lactose-free.
19. Tiramisu

Christmas breakfast
Finally, I have collected a few tasty recipes to serve at your Christmas breakfast. Because also on Christmas morning you want to eat something yummy as a fodmapper. Preferably more than just a dry piece of bread 😉 With the recipes below you’ll have a very good Christmas breakfast!
22. Dutch christmas bread
This is a Christmas classic in the Netherlands! Homemade Christmas bread with almond paste and raisins. Serve it warm with a layer of butter on top. Mmm, so good! This recipe is gluten-free and low lactose.
23. Kaiserschmarrn
You might not think of kaiserschmarrn as a breakfast dish, but I think this Austrian dish is a perfect Christmas breakfast. Fluffy pieces of pancake with some powdered sugar on top and red fruit. So good! This recipe is gluten-free and lactose-free.
24. Scones
Another delicious recipe that is perfect for Christmas breakfast! Serve these scones with some lactose-free whipped cream and jam or lemon curd and you have a super tasty breakfast. This recipe is gluten-free and low in lactose.
